SelfTransformation
Sebastian - Personal Development Coach
My coaching is for anyone seeking to embark on a meaningful and enriching journey, whether to reconnect with themselves, deepen their relationships with others, or explore new perspectives and opportunities in life. Often, the challenges we face in the outside world reflect unresolved dynamics within us. Instead of relying on new strategies or exerting more control, lasting change happens when we address these roots with care and understanding. You already have everything you need within you. My role is to help you rediscover this inner wholeness. Together, we create a space of trust and curiosity to explore the needs and stories of your inner parts. Through this process, you can transform inner conflicts into clarity and ease, and experience how inner harmony influences your external world. This respectful dialogue with yourself is the key to real transformation. My goal is to help you unlock the potential of your Self so that you can shape your life with more calm, connection, and courage.

beingmyself® - Coaching
All parts of you are welcome—whether they are protective, critical, or vulnerable. These parts hold stories and emotions that may have gone unheard until now. Through compassion and curiosity, we engage with them, dissolve inner conflicts, and create space for clarity, calmness, and confidence. A coaching session is 60 minutes, giving you the opportunity to reconnect with your Self and explore new perspectives for your life.

Sebastian Suter
I was born in 1985 and have been running my own coaching practice for personal development since 2021. My first experience with coaching was as a coachee in high school with Silvio Di Stefano, the founder of the coaching method Emology (Emotion and Logic). This experience showed me how powerful it can be to truly connect with oneself on a deeper level. After completing an apprenticeship as a computer scientist, I worked as his assistant for three years, where I gained hands-on experience in coaching and learned to refine and develop coaching methods.

In my early 20s, I chose to pursue mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich, setting coaching aside for a while. During my studies, I rediscovered my passion for personal development and gained valuable experience as an innovation coach. My analytical background, combined with my curiosity for emotional processes, helped me develop a unique coaching style that integrates clarity and empathy.
Today, I work with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which I believe fosters deep and lasting transformation. IFS provides a clear yet compassionate framework for resolving inner conflicts and strengthening the connection to the Self. This work is more than a profession for me—it’s a way to guide others in discovering their potential and living a life of greater clarity and balance.
Continuous learning is an essential part of my work. I have participated in workshops on Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Transformative Chairwork, and Gestalt methods such as Radical Honesty. These experiences deepen my perspective as a coach and allow me to support clients through complex emotional processes with clarity and compassion. Outside of coaching, I find inspiration in sailing, reading, and attending workshops—activities that reflect the balance of structure and exploration I bring to my practice.
IFS - A Path to Inner Clarity
Why IFS?
The Internal Family Systems (IFS) model was originally developed by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz to support individuals facing profound emotional challenges. However, its impact extends beyond severe cases – IFS also works remarkably well for everyday conflicts and personal growth. Whether it’s dealing with self-doubt, recurring patterns, or the desire for greater clarity, IFS helps you understand your inner system and facilitates deep, meaningful change.
How Does IFS Help?
Often, we only notice the effects of inner conflict, such as stress, self-doubt, or a sense of dissatisfaction. IFS enables you to recognize these internal tensions and resolve them with compassion. Instead of fighting against yourself, you learn to appreciate and harmonize the different parts of your inner world.
How Does IFS Work?
IFS views your inner experience as a system of parts that interact like members of a family. Each part has a specific role:
- Managers: These parts work to protect you by maintaining control and creating structure.
- Firefighters: They act impulsively to suppress painful emotions quickly.
- Exiles: Vulnerable parts that carry emotional wounds or difficult memories.
The Role of the Self
At the heart of IFS is the Self – an inner state characterized by clarity, compassion, and confidence. IFS helps you strengthen your connection to this Self. When the Self (you) take(s) the lead, you can work with your parts in a state of calm and acceptance, creating lasting transformation.
